All domestic orders for Janice Nelson Designs are shipped by either USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 5 business days for your item to ship. Made-to-order items typically take 3-4 weeks to ship. Semi-custom wedding stationery can take 4-5 weeks, whereas custom wedding stationery shipping times vary greatly. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. All items will have a tracking number for your reference. Delivery times vary depending on location and local mail services.

For international orders, please email info@janicenelsondesigns.com to arrange a shipment. Shipping rates on the website are for United States deliveries only. Janice Nelson Designs is not responsible for any international delays, duties, or delivery issues. Please allow extra time for international orders, as they can vary greatly from country to country. Please keep these guidelines in mind when ordering.

Returns

At this time Janice Nelson Designs cannot accept returns. All items are created in small batches in order to reduce waste. Wedding stationery orders will have a digital proof that needs to be approved by the customer before printing and shipment. All products are inspected thoroughly before shipment and packaged for safe transit. If you are unsatisfied with your order, contact us so that we can figure out a solution. For fabric yardage, it is suggested to order a sample before purchasing a larger quantity.
